“Wine is the only artwork you can drink” – Luis Fernando Olaverri.
It’s the busiest time of year for our winemakers. Some are still in the thick of Harvest, and others are already crafting the perfect drinkable work of art for Angels. Find out why this is the most nerve-wracking time of year for our winemakers, plus, how you can win wine and become an Archangel. It’s all here in the Drink Naked Newsletter

Congrats to Sam P from Buderim, QLD! A 6-pack of wine by Paul Nelson is coming your way. Hope it helps you get through Married At First Sight (MAFS)!
Don’t forget to rate your wines! We’ll pick our favourite and the Angel who wrote it will receive a mixed 6-pack from that winemaker. So, you’ll not only get more personalised recommendations to ensure you always drink great wine, you could win more of the wine you love!

Shiraz or Syrah? The results are in.
A few weeks ago, we asked Angels to help us decide what Cynthea & David Feldheim should call their Tassie wine: Shiraz or Syrah, with a little ‘Nak-education’ on both. Votes were cast, and it was a landslide victory with one clear winner.

Why is The Hunter famous for Semillon?
The first ever Semillon produced in 2010 by Fuzzy & May winemakers, Damien & Jodie, won best current vintage Semillon and current vintage white wine at the Hunter Valley Wine Show. They’re the perfect pair to answer this pressing question!

Budburst, Harvest… now what?
If you’re following our winemakers, you’ll have seen pics from their hard work picking grapes aka ‘Harvest’. Most of our winemakers have emerged out the other end, bleary eyed yet ready to tackle the next stage of the winemaking cycle.

Do you want to become an Archangel?
|
Archangels are our ‘super’ Angels! They’re very special people who give Angels a helping hand on our website, support our talented winemakers and love trying & reviewing Naked wines. The pay is terrible (in fact, it’s non-existent) BUT the perks are pretty cool!

Leighton Joy: A wine-making Young Gun
|
Along with fellow Naked winemakers, Rob Paulazzo & Andrew Scott, Leighton was named in the Top 50 of the 2019 Young Gun of Wine (yeeeah congrats!). This is no surprise to us: his wines are zippy, adventurous and pushing the boundaries from the Victorian vineyard.

Naked’s first Wimbledon (ok…ping pong) champion
|
You may think we sit around drinking wine all day here at Naked HQ but actually do make time for play, too! The inaugural Naked Wines Wimbledon (ping pong) Championship has seen blood, sweat & tears, and a champ is about to be crowned.

Every day we hear from more and more Angels who are loving (and wanting more of) our organic wines. While you can use the filters to create your own case at any time, we thought we’d make it quick and easy by creating a 6-pack of a few organic favourites.
